About the Role
As our Healthcare Project Analyst, you will be supporting the Clinical Business Development team in successfully launching and piloting a new AI-aided Patient Recruitment activity at Iterative Scopes. You will report to the Associate Director of Strategy & Operations. This role requires a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where we create and build as we go.
This position is primarily operational in nature and will give you first-hand access to customer data. Your role will be instrumental in making sure we successfully run our daily activities with our customers.
We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude; who is willing to take on new challenges, is able to grasp complex healthcare/business concepts quickly, and thoroughly and creatively execute projects independently as well as collaboratively.
As we are launching a new initiative in partnership with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare software providers, and medical centers, you will support data management and data handling processes -- this includes helping design processes as well as working within them
You will operate and manage our Clinical Operation workflow solution to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business
You will undertake spontaneous initiation of any analysis that can generate customer insight or operational projects to add value to the customer relationship
You will serve as a custodian of daily customer dataflow, and be responsible for the maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity
You will work with various team members to understand their needs and provide help
You will create and update reports to manage data and monitor progress over time, informing both the business and the operation sides

Previous co-op or intern experience required
Healthcare sector experience preferred
Experience with SQL preferred but not required
BSc/BA in computer science, data management, or relevant field
1 to 3 years of experience
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Time management and organizational skills
Great attention to detail
