About the Role
We are growing our team and looking to add an enthusiastic, results driven Talent Acquisition and Retention Associate to help grow the company. The Talent Acquisition & Retention Associate will oversee Iterative Scopes’ talent recruitment and retention efforts.
This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in building up their HR / Recruiting skill set and is looking for a hands-on experience. Additional responsibilities could involve handling HR policies (company handbook, etc.) and developing talent retention strategies.
Reviewing job descriptions
Managing the interview process (collecting resumes, doing phone screens, and setting up interviews) and
Independently recruiting promising candidates.
The HR Recruiting Specialist will work closely with leaders across Iterative Scopes to help define job descriptions / requirements and coordinating the applicant interview process.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Interested in managing major portions of the HR / Recruiting effort within a fast-growing startup
Ambition to take on additional projects and grow responsibilities / ownership over time
Track record of leading/managing multiple concurrent projects (with different deadlines) in a highly cross-functional environment
Interest in tacking on internal projects aimed at evaluating and improving employee morale
Excellent interpersonal skill, able to clearly and consistently communicate with senior leaders of the company
2 years or more experience in HR or Recruiting team, or related experience
Ability to work independently, attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Experience using LinkedIn’ Recruiting platform
Experience with technical (engineering, machine learning, etc.) recruiting a plus
Experience with dealing with multiple external stakeholders, including outside recruiting firms
