The scientific advisory board includes world-class gastroenterologists primarily based in Boston and leading MIT computer vision and machine learning researchers and faculty.

Job Description:  Iterative Scopes is seeking Machine Learning Software Engineer intern/co-op for the summer of 2020. In this role you will help manage and develop machine learning infrastructure written in Python and C++ within our AWS infrastructure. You will work directly with all members of our engineering team in designing new system components, documenting and testing your code and acquiring intimate knowledge of how to train a machine learning model and optimize it for real time performance, all within a structured, FDA-compliant Agile environment.
The internship/co-op begins 06/01/2020 and runs between period of 10-24 weeks with opportunities for long-term employment. The company is expected to work towards major milestones upcoming summer which will make for an exciting, rewarding time with us.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Languages: Python, PyTorch, Amazon AWS (psycopg2, boto3)

  • Basic familiarity with the Unix command line

  • Strong written and verbal technical communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with state of the art deep learning models and translating a research paper into code.

  • Cloud experience (AWS is a huge plus)

  • Basic SQL experience

  • Caffe2 is a huge plus
