Title: Market Access Research Assistant

Iterative Scopes is developing scalable technology to reduce disparity in healthcare outcomes. Our goal is to deploy computer vision and machine learning algorithms to quantify changes in the gastrointestinal tract to support clinicians in their workflow, subsequently using these unique data-points to develop new insights for pharmaceutical companies.
We are looking for a Healthcare market access research assistant to support healthcare market segmentation across providers-payers- third-party administrators (TPAs); primary market research; pricing reimbursement and sales strategy; competitive analysis; digital health policy landscape; and product discovery. The successful research assistant will be able to analyze and visualize qualitative and quantitative data; follow market trends, communicate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and remain intellectually vigilant. Must be genuinely nice!
Collect, analyze, visualize and interpret data on healthcare sector determinants, disease epidemiology and clinical workflow metrics, pricing and reimbursement trends, competitors and digital health business models.
Design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
Maintain, update and customize HubSpot’s CRM platform
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Intellectually curious; energetic; positivist; attracted to healthcare and improving patients’ lives
Strong communication and presentation skills (MS office must)
Quantitative skills; i.e. harvest, model, analyze and visualize data (R /Python /Stat package knowledge preferred)
Healthcare sector experience preferred: market research analysis; HEOR; Population health policy; Academic
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
Familiarity with CRM programs preferred
BS minimum, graduate and/or work experience appreciated
